What is your return policy for your regular orders?

Our return policy for regular, non-subscription orders lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item may be open but needs to be at least 75 % full.

It must also be in the original packaging. We do not accept returns on protein. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Your printed email confirmation with an order number is sufficient. Please send your purchase back to this address:

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item

It is very important and a MUST to fill out the back of the return form and to include your Order#. Please see attached.
